Hello! My name is Mardi, and I am a registered 200-hour yoga teacher residing in Broward County, Florida. My ranges of techniques that I teach vary from gentle Hatha, slow flow or power Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin practices, as well. I currently teach students that focus on points of practice that can sometimes expand greater than the physical body, and with that connection provided though breathing styles and additional modifications (if need be), students find comfort from asana to asana.

This 60 minute gentle class helps any and every new yoga student starting on their journey to feel a bit comfortable in learning new terms, how to align their movements with the yoga poses, breathwork, and more!

Sound Meditation with Yin Yoga
This 60 minute class will be filled with deep restorative stretches followed by a soothing sound bowl meditation in savasana.

As time grew and tai chi became a part of our Saturday classes with friends, yoga was soon integrated into our practice. It has shown me strength in areas that my body has lacked, and it has helped me greatly as I would take on daily activities that used to be difficult with movement.
