I can't recommend Coach Bains enough. My daughter has been to other private trainers and she left every session feeling like it was a waste of her time and a waste of our money. Coach Bains was pivotal in our daughter's understanding of the game both technically and tactically. Our daughter played at the comp level and Coach Bains had endless energy for players that are engaged regardless of skill level. Her passion and knowledge is apparent immediately. She will give every player input, strategies, goals, etc. She is well versed in athletic nutrition and looks at the player as a whole person. Bains is the first skills coach my teen soccer player has ever been EXCITED to work with. Many youth soccer players love games and scrimmages but avoid skills and technical work because it is "boring" or "repetitive". Bains makes it fun, breaks it down so the child can understand the process and see the end result is attainable. Jasmine can't wait for her next session!
