I’m an experienced female football coach, UEFA Licence holder and former Chelsea Academy player, coach and scout, with a First-Class Honours degree in Sports and Football Coaching. I provide a positive, player-first environment where athletes feel supported, understood and challenged. My experience also includes working within Fulham, Watford, MLS NEXT and ODP environments, helping players from grassroots through to elite levels. I bring professional academy standards into every session while creating a positive, supportive environment in which players can enjoy learning and applying themselves. Session: Pro Player Lab Assessment A comprehensive individual player assessment examining technical ability, movement, speed, coordination, decision-making and cognitive performance. Players receive objective testing, professional feedback and clear recommendations identifying their strengths and priority development areas.

I can't recommend Coach Bains enough. My daughter has been to other private trainers and she left every session feeling like it was a waste of her time and a waste of our money. When it came time to find someone new, we were all a little apprehensive. We gave Coach Bains a shot and we are so glad we did! Not only was she able to target the specific soccer skills my daughter needed to work on, but she also spent just as much time working on her mental game and confidence. Bains is an incredible coach who truly takes the time to connect with each player on a personal level. Coach Bains was pivotal in our daughter's understanding of the game both technically and tactically. Our daughter played at the comp level and Coach Bains had endless energy for players that are engaged regardless of skill level. Her passion and knowledge is apparent immediately. She will give every player input, strategies, goals, etc. She is well versed in athletic nutrition and looks at the player as a whole person.
