The RSC drill, drill, drill program. High-volume repetition using coach-fed balls, partner drills and the ball machine. Active and aerobic - less standing, more hitting - to improve consistency, accuracy and confidence.
Intro to Pickleball New Players • 60 Minutes • Max 8 A welcoming introduction covering court layout, equipment, grip, scoring, serve and return, basic strokes, volleys, dinking, non-volley-zone rules, positioning and guided game play. Proper court shoes and appropriate athletic clothing required
