Kids pickleball lessons in Nutley, New Jersey

Richard's first lesson was quite thorough, and I appreciated how he balanced covering all the rules with actually playing the ball around, which kept things engaging. Though, I think with a bit more movement and smoother hits, it could become even more effective. Still, it was a good experience and I’d consider trying Richard again for his knowledge and enthusiasm.

I had the absolute pleasure of taking a pickleball lesson with Richard, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the sport! He was wonderfully thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Richard has a gift for breaking things down in a way that makes the game approachable and easy to understand even for total beginners like me.

Great coach! Very patient and keeps encouraging a complete beginner like me. After the first hour, I went from “I can’t even hit the ball” to really started to feel the joy of playing pickleball!

Enjoyed the first lesson, Richard has a nice demeanor in laying out the game, rules and etiquette. I am looking forward to the next lesson.

Richard is a great coach! He gave me a ton of pointers and I've been improving fast. He's really knowledgeable and makes the lessons funs and challenging.
