Private pickleball lessons in Alexandria, VA

We had a wonderful private pickleball leason with Paul. He is not only an excellent player but also a very skilled and patient instructor. He uses his own unique teaching methods which made the lesson orh enjoyable and extremely valuable. We learned so much in just on session and came away with many useful techniques to practice. We are very happy to have found Paul and definitely plan to continue taking lessons with him. Highly recommended!

Coach Paul is a great coach who teaches the basics of pickleball with fun games and drills. He taught my kids to play, and he has taught me and my friends to play, in both group classes and individual sessions. His main court is Ft Scott which has new courts and a training wall; he will travel throughout the DMV within a 10 mile radius of Arlington, VA. He has great rates; book him today!

PJ is an amazing coach! I have taken over 20 lessons with him (individually and as a group), and I have gotten more than I could have ever expected out of the lessons. He’s very knowledgeable, and he explains pickleball concepts in a way that is easy to understand. He also creatively makes modifications as needed in drilling exercises and in recreational games to even out the level of play between all players. I look forward to taking additional lessons with him and continuing to increase my skills.

I’d say the lesson gave me some useful pointers, especially on my serve placement and positioning, which I hadn’t really thought much about before. Still, I think I could benefit from more drills to really feel comfortable applying what was covered. Paul was quite clear and patient, though, and I’m hopeful that with continued practice, I’ll improve my game for open play. Would probably consider trying another lesson to keep that momentum going.
