What the package includes: Lesson 1: court basics & safe movement Proper grip, ready position, footwork, spanking, and how to move safely on court to avoid common injuries. Lesson 2: Foundations of control Dinking, volleys, and controlled rallying with emphasis in balance, posture, and injury free mechanics. Lesson 3: Serving, returning & positioning Simple, effective techniques plus safe transitions, communication, and doubles positioning. Lesson 4: Game play & strategy for beginners
“The lesson had a good focus on drill work, especially on the third ball and kitchen line battles, which I think is pretty helpful for sharpening specific skills. Though, I’m curious to see how well I can transfer these practices into actual game situations , still, Gustavo’s approach seems to keep things practical. There's a definite emphasis on improving through targeted drills, which is useful, and I’m hopeful I can build on this in future lessons by simulating real gameplay more. If you're into detailed, strategic practice, you might want to give Gustavo a try.”

I'm pretty satisfied with how the lesson went, especially after reviewing those three strokes I was struggling with. Still, I think there's room to get even better, but I feel more confident now. Gustavo’s lesson was quite good. He’s friendly and really meets you where you’re at, which I appreciated. He keeps things manageable and doesn’t overload you. I like that he’s positive and approachable, and I think building on what we did next time could take my game to the next level.
