Coach Bailey has been a true blessing to have on our volleyball journey at Tougaloo College. From the very beginning, she’s been encouraging, supportive, and genuinely invested in each one of us, not just as athletes, but as individuals. She has a unique ability to connect with us on a personal level in a way that our head coach can't, and that connection has made such a difference in how we perform and how we feel as a team. She shows up every single day with a positive attitude, no matter what she may be dealing with in her own life. Her consistency, energy, and dedication are unmatched. She’s always on time, prepared, and fully engaged in helping us grow, not just physically on the court, but mentally and emotionally as well. Coach Bailey is our biggest cheerleader. She pushes us to be our best and never lets a moment go by without reminding us of how proud she is of us. Her passion for coaching and her love for the game and her players shine through in everything she does. She makes you want to show up, work hard, and believe in yourself. Any team would be lucky to have her, she’s truly one of a kind.

As a setter, I’ve learned a lot from Coach Bai about how to lead, not just play. She holds everyone accountable in a positive way and makes sure we understand our role in the full system. Practices with her are fast-paced, technical, and never boring. She always shows up for us, and I’m a stronger, smarter player because of it.

Coach Bai is an amazing assistant coach, she has the perfect balance of being encouraging and supportive while holding us accountable and always pushing us to improve. Her energy makes every practice fun and she always creates a good environment. I truly feel like a better player thanks to her guidance.

Coach Bailey is absolutely amazing!! She focuses on developing fundamental skills (passing, serving, setting), building team strategy (rotation, defense, offense), and fostering mental toughness. My daughter enjoys working with her. She’s ready and looking forward to her next session.

Coach B really helped me practice my technique and become more consistent all around. She explains things in a way that makes sense, and she doesn’t just tell you what to do, she shows you how to get better. You can tell she really knows the game, and she cares about helping you grow
