Get match day fit. Grow your strength, agility, explosiveness. Also perfect your skill moves, and technique dribbling the ball. For players that want to improve and take their game to the next level.

Tactical Workshop (Online)
This session I will cover tactics and go over any Qs players may have about in game situations, strategies, etc. For club level players as well as college & high school. This session will bring about a well rounded understanding to the game. Must have access to Zoom.
