I am pretty competitive and have earned close to 20 medals at various levels over the last several years & I can help you with tournament prep if that is an area of interest for you.

Solid Foundation
Focus on foundational shots: Server, return, forehand &backhand ground strokes. Learn proper stance, footwork, stroke mechanics.
