I believe every player has potential—and my role as a coach is to help you discover it. I’m Jeff Zinn, a pickleball coach dedicated to helping players improve with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My coaching goes beyond technique and drills; I focus on building strong fundamentals, developing smart decision-making, and creating a positive learning environment where players can truly enjoy the game.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Jeff since 2014, when we met at the Resilience Center in Aurora, CO. The center was established to support Columbine survivors and anyone else who needed help navigating difficult times in their lives. Jeff was teaching a class on mindfulness and the Four Agreements. He emphasized the importance of staying in the present moment as a way to cope with everything happening around us and in our lives. The Four Agreements is a book that offers a practical code of conduct, helping people eliminate unnecessary suffering and discover personal freedom, true happiness, and love. Jeff was passionate about teaching and genuinely wanted to help everyone who attended his class. He engaged us in discussions and activities to illustrate the significance of being present. To this day, I apply the Four Agreements that he taught in that class to my life. Recently, I had the opportunity to take a pickleball class with Jeff. What I appreciated most was how he continued to encourage us to be present with every shot. Once a play was completed, he urged us to reset and return to the present moment. I have observed that in every endeavor Jeff undertakes, he gives it his all.
