Derek's lesson really emphasized attention and focus on detail, which I found pretty helpful. Though I think the resets and dinking could still use some work, still, he's quite attentive during lessons and minimizes distractions. It's a subtle improvement, but I feel like I’m gaining better control over my paddle. If you're into refining specific skills with a calm, measured approach, maybe give Derek a shot.
The lesson with Derek was quite helpful overall, particularly in terms of improving my shot consistency and court awareness.
