“ Laura is a great instructor for any student, especially for beginners who can learn and adapt quickly. She is extremely patient with students and thoroughly explains everything. She tailors music choices to the student's preference while also making sure classical pieces and theory are covered at the same time. She encourages students to be creative and individualistic instead of enforcing strict boundaries when playing modern pieces. Laura consistently gives constructive critiques and positive reinforcement to help students understand their mistakes and fix them properly. Overall, she is an excellent piano teacher and I could not recommend her more. In only 1.5 years of lessons with Laura, I have improved tremendously thanks to her brilliant style of teaching.”
