I am a 53-year-old 2.5 handicap player who has been playing competitive golf since I was 5. I have been involved in the golf world all my life. My dad played professionally for a few years, and I have most recently been a mentor for the First Tee’s Watson Links program, where I have been working with kids of various ages and skill levels. My philosophy is to help people make their swing work better, not to make them swing like me.
Butch’s approach is both personable and knowledgeable, making the lesson engaging and easy to follow. A standout moment was how clearly he explained key concepts, which really helped improve my game. If you want a coach who makes learning golf enjoyable and effective, his lessons are definitely worth trying. You’ll come away with useful tips and a positive experience.

Butch pointed out some swing flaws that definitely helped with my positioning, alignment, setup, grip, and swing mechanics. He sent me home with some things to work on that should definitely help my game. Even had some shots where I could feel what we were working on that looked and felt great!Great instructor, really patient and I can’t recommend enough.
