We do a lot of game like situations and things that i apply in a game a lot. I’m a freshman starting on varsity and a big part of it is the things i learn and worked on with Koa. Defense stuff, pick and roll, details and footwork. My confidence is growing and I’m happy with the work we’ve done so far

Koa is a pretty chill trainer, he makes me work hard, and pushes me to be better. I felt like i got better after 1 workout, but i feel like he cares about me and my game more then other people have, and it felt good knowing a trainer cared and wanted the best for me

We played a lot of 1v1 and a lot of detailed work stuff, and reps. I got shifty, and I started scoring more in real games in only a couple sessions. Coach is pretty chill and understands the game and helped me grow as a player and person
