We do a lot of game like situations and things that i apply in a game a lot. I鈥檓 a freshman starting on varsity and a big part of it is the things i learn and worked on with Koa. Defense stuff, pick and roll, details and footwork. My confidence is growing and I鈥檓 happy with the work we鈥檝e done so far

Koa is a pretty chill trainer, he makes me work hard, and pushes me to be better. I felt like i got better after 1 workout, but i feel like he cares about me and my game more then other people have, and it felt good knowing a trainer cared and wanted the best for me
