I have not coached the game. I have been playing this game on streets on grass on sand , can name it all! Though when I got an injury and couldn't play, my teammates asked to manage them when they were out playing and I took the honor in doing that and learnt a lot! In game coaching as I was captain of my team playing in Lebanon and Nigeria. Moved recently to orange county and can see the lack of soccer culture, and I am so ready to help in that!

“I had a great strong physique that is very fundamental for defenders. Abdel noticed from 1st session that my jumper was a bit weak from a player of my physique. So I worked with him on 2 scenarios: closing the gap space with the opponent so no jumper disadvantage while not commiting a foul play. 2nd scenario was how to properly jump for a long ball and clear the ball away from his area. ”

I must say for a person that has no knowledge or experience in the game, I know I had a pretty good had an amazing ball control and a big powerful shot. So the sessions were focused on how to move with the ball at your feet as it would compliment my game and I understand now how easy the game can be!

I worked with Abdel more than what's on this app. Abdel was both an onfield coach for me but also more importantly was the way he would prepare me mentally into how to prepare for a game, and how to go through the game especially when there was a hard moment or 2 for me doing the games to adapt.
